Dick Clark plays the teacher. Tuesday Weld plays the role of a bad girl(a bad reputation). Michael Callan plays her boyfriend. By the way the title song "Because They're Young" becomes a hit, sung by teen idol James Darren. And the movie is especially good, one of the best teen movies of the time! It is recommended.
